My story
I built a successful agency. Then it nearly broke me.
I started out in my dad’s video shop at 15, learning how to sell. Since then I’ve DJed, run club nights, done stand-up, lectured at university and spent 20 years building WebAlchemy – working from Liverpool, Dubai, Bali and Ibiza.
But without the right systems, success turned into burnout. Rebuilding taught me what actually creates freedom – and that’s what I teach now.
